Ocean Isle Palms community update

Monday, June 28th, 2010

Here are a few recent news highlights of our community. Ocean Isle Palms continues to be southeastern North Carolina’s premier island inspired community.

Property owners Steve & Diane Sowder are planning to move into their beautiful new home in June, making them the first residents of our community!  We are looking forward to many residents joining the Sowders.

In addition to welcoming the first family to Ocean Isle Palms, we are making way for many others by paving streets and building community infrastructure.  Sections of roadways are currently being built along Adelaide Beach Avenue, the intersection of Barbuda Blvd. and Martinique Street, Maraval Way, and Isla Cabritos Road.
